I may have missed my goal of 10 lbs by March 8th by a "few" weeks but I FINALLY lost 10 lbs, half way to my goal of 160 lbs! I've been doing the spin class 4-5 times a week now for almost 3 months and its still kicking my butt! Also been doing weights 4 times a week for 30-45 minutes.
Loosing weight is a lot harder when you aren't using chemicals to help you! July first is my new date for the next 10 lbs!

Yeah we are coming around July 20.
woohoo! for how long? can we plan some fun stuff and call it a "reunion"?
don't know the exact dates yet. Its Charisse's 20 year reunion. We'll be there the week of July 25th.
Hey how's your body surviving all of the spinning classes? I had to give one of mine up because the old back and hip flexers were complaining!!!
However, I will say that I taught two classes on Thursday and they were only two hours apart from each other, not to mention that I taught a weight class in-between! I kicked my own butt and am still trying to recover. Today is the first day I can actually walk up and down the stairs with bent legs and can finally sit on the old comode without falling the last 6 inches!!!
Do you know the actual dates you are coming? We have youth conference and dance festival the 24, 25,&26th of July, but nothing the week after.
Hey niki...Maybe you should wait to baptize Parker while Doug & Charisse are here! GRETA IDEA!
